Today, I'll show you how to change the colour of the windows folder icons using a relatively tiny freeware.
Step 1: Download this software.
Step 2: Install it.
Step 3: That's all.. Now right-click the folder that you want to customize and select Colourize > (choose the colour).
You can also create custom colours that are not featured. And if it can't change a folder's colour, its because the folder is customized in some other way. So right-click the folder, goto Properties > Customize > Folder icon > Restore defaults
