Linux is a open source operating system, which can be freely distributed also a cross-platform operating system based on Unix that can be installed on PCs, laptops, net books, , video game consoles mobile and tablet devices etc. Linux is one of the most commonly used OS by professional peoples. Linux is a kernel, which can be used to create Operating Systems. The operating Systems created by using Linux kernel are called Linux Operating System(s). Good example of Linux Operating Systems are Ubuntu and Suse. Ever wondered how these Operating Systems are made? To create your own Operating System you don’t need to be Techy or a programmer, all you have to do is visit the website: SUSE Studio. You can create your very own Operating System online at www.SuseStudio.com
After visiting the website, The next thing you have to do is :
1. Open Www.SuseStudio.com
2. Login to the website, you can use your Google, Facebook, Twitter and various other social networks credentials to login.
3. Once your account is created in the website open the Home tab. Select properties of the base template for your new Linux operating system. Select the architecture of your operating system 32 bit or 64 bit from here.
4.If you don’t have much idea about OS bits select the Gnome and if you know the Bits of your computer then you can select 32 bit or 64 bit.
5. After completion of above step you can go ahead and add the required software to your new Linux operating system by clicking on the "Create Appliance" button.
6. Now select the software which you want to add to Linux operating system.
7. If you choose any unsupported software then Suse Studio will show you a error message and will also show a remedy or supporting software to active the function of the software that you wished to install on your computer.
8. The software you have chosen will be added directly from the official sources, so no need to worry about any virus or malwares on your operating system.
9. After the software uploading go to configuration tab Open General settings and upload the logo of your own operating system.
10. After the Logo upload, Go to Start-up tab you can add your license terms and conditions on your operating system. Note that you can't restrict users from the open source terms and conditions.
11. Now Select the Build option and format the drive by selecting USB/Hard drive format.
12. After selecting the build format click on BUILD button to start creating the format.
13. After the completion of build you can test the operating system in the website online.
